Who we are
With more than two decades in the business we’ve created frictionless and unique workplaces for our customers around thw globe – by providing them with innovative and user-friendly software booking tools. Our unique meeting room booking, event booking and workspace booking systems for Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices changes the way organizations plan meetings and book meeting rooms, visitors and workspaces.
Fischer & Kerrn have been in the workplace optimization and room booking systems business since 1999 and today we have more than 500 satisfied customers that are using CONCIERGE BOOKING SOFTWARE.
You can get in touch with us in offices in Copenhagen, Denmark, London and in New York City. If needed we also have a large network of partners who are ready to assist our customers.

Meet the management team
Henrik Fehrn
Sales Director, CEO & Partner
Henrik has been with Fischer & Kerrn since 2005 and has an academic background within global sales and marketing. He has more than 20 years of experience within consulting and sales of software and IT-solutions.
Jesper Fischer
Consultant & Partner
Jesper is responsible for our consulting projects and his main focus is on development, integration and migration in connection with CONCIERGE BOOKING. He is, together with Henrik Kerrn, the founder of Fischer & Kerrn.
Henrik Kerrn
UX Designer & Partner
Henrik is Product Manager and has more than 22 years of experience working in Microsoft Exchange. He is also responsible for user experience and, together with Jesper Fischer, is the founder of Fischer & Kerrn
Morten Fischer-Madsen
Consultant & Partner
Morten has more than 18 years experience with Microsoft Exchange. Morten works as a consultant and is the chief architect. He has extensive technological knowledge and experience as a technical architect and executive consultant on numerous projects.

Our Support team consists of skilled supporters and technical consultants who can help you with product related issues and Microsoft Exchange issues. Our Support department provides on-site support as well as remote support. All our supporters and technical consultants are highly competent and have many years of experience with Microsoft Exchange and Fischer & Kerrn products.
