Extra Features
Buffertime
- The purpose of Buffertime is to reserve additional calendar time before and after each meeting room booking. The service monitors if bookings are made in the meeting room calendars and depending on the catering or services ordered, it will extend the booking in the meeting room calendar with a predefined period of time, on selected meeting room calendars.
Notifications
- Notifications With the help of notifications, you can ensure that your guests have received a guest card in advance, been informed about the good parking options, received a parking permit, have been kindly guided to check in at the reception or have even been given a QR or WiFi code. This saves both time and resources and ensures an easy and convenient arrival for your guests.
Room Combiner
