Pre-register visitors
Users can easily pre-register visitors for their meetings through the Outlook calendar and add additional information about the visitor, so the front reception knows who is coming and is aware of special needs. When a visitor is pre-registered, a notification can be sent to the guest with, for example, route directions, public transport, parking options
A QR code that can be sent for easy sign in or open the entry gate or parking gate.
A Reception staff application can be provided for pre-registering visitors, perrform check in/out and Pre-print of guest badges, byt the staff for optimal visitor service.

The visitor card helps identify your visitors. The card can be printed automatically when the visitor is signed in, or it can be printed to be ready for the visitor on arrival. It can further be designed for each customer and may include: The visitor’s name, host, date, visitor card number, barcode / QR code for signing in and out, photo of the visitor and/or wifi code.
