The Concierge Booking 365 platform provides access to a full booking solution with or without Exchange integration. The booking options on Exchange are somehow limited on some features, but switching to the Concierge Booking 365 Booking Engine, the users will have more options.

The features below will work even for users without any Concierge modules installed in their Outlook client
Multi tenant support for sharing resources
Ideal for sharing meeting rooms or desks in a shared office environment. Support for Microsoft Exchange/Google Workspace resource sharing.
Dynamic booking Windows
It is possible to configure multiple booking windows for different users. A few users can book multiple rooms 4 years into the future. Other special Users can book department resources 1 year into the future
Full and detailed booking history
Full details on booking requests and cancellations. View when bookings was created, changed or cancelled. Possible to view late cancellations on rooms. Option to use booking data for reporting or invoicing.
Portal access to bookings (easy administration of resources)
View bookings. Create bookings on behalf of users. Cancel bookings
Access to room and floor displays
Easy access to setup room or resource displays
Control access to allow re-occurring meetings on a user by room basis
Concierge Booking 365 Booking Engine – Advanced edition
This version will support both normal MS Outlook clients, but using the Concierge Booking 365 Resource Client (mobile app and Outlook plugin) will provide the user with the below additional features.
Ensures booking
When a resource is selected, it is locked ensuring the booking. No more decline messages from the resource mailboxes.
Only view available resources
Only show resources the user have permissions to book. Limit the booking options to relevant information.
Only possible to move bookings to valid and available resources
Check availability on resources when moving meetings.
Advanced filtering when selecting resources
Filter on resource type. Country/site. Building. Floor.
View additional information on resources when booking
Equipment for the room/desk. Cost for booking the resource. Location of keys for cars/bikes.
Use GPS location on mobile device to assist selection when booking

Concierge Booking 365 - Overview
Concierge Booking 365 is built from the ground up to be secure, scalable, durable and resistant toinfrastructure failures. At the same time, a design goal has always been to be ready for both SAAS and on-premise deployment scenarios to offer full flexibility for our customers. Concierge Booking 365 is designedsuch that it can be used as a totally independent system with no required dependencies on external services.Integration options makes it possible to have Concierge Booking 365 work seamlessly with externalauthentication providers and calendaring systems. We believe this design gives the best mix of choices forour customers.
Where are the backend services running?
The Concierge Booking 365 backend services runs in a cluster of servers to offer high availability in caseof server outages and application upgrades. Each customer has their own dedicated applicationinstance in the cluster, meaning that each customer has their own dedicated data storage anddedicated instances running of all backend services. Thus only server capacity is shared between thecustomers. All communication to the backend services are encrypted (using HTTPS) and all apis aresecured by OAuth2 access tokens which are issued by a dedicated token service for each customer (thustokens issued to users from one customer cannot be used to access APIs for another customer).

How Do You Integrate With Hardware Solutions?
Concierge GO is our mobile app for accessing Concierge Booking 365. The app communicates with theConcierge Booking 365 backend services over HTTPS.
How is Authentication managed?
Authentication of users is usually configured to occur against a third-party identity provider like Azure AD or Entra ID. This way users can be authenticated without providing credentials to the Concierge Booking 365 platform and all modern authentication mechanisms can be used (e.g. two factor authentication, FIDOetc).
How are the Concierge Displays running?
Concierge Display is our display panel solution for showing room and desk availability on dedicated displays around our customers’ buildings. The application itself is running on the servers as a webapplication and as such the displays are browser clients with some additional support for controlling LEDs and other hardware devices. The communication between the display panels and our webapplication is secured by HTTPS.
What about Integrations?
Typically Concierge Booking 365 is integrated with an existing Personal Information (PIM) system likeMS Exchange / Office 365 or Google GSuite. This integration makes it possible to book rooms and otherresources using either platform while keeping booking information up-to-date on all platforms. Ourintegration services connect to third party PIM systems using HTTPS. For MS Exchange / Office 365,Concierge Booking 365 currently utilizes Exchange Web Services as MS Graph currently does not offerthe required set of features.
